But here’s the thing…
When a C-section is performed, seven layers of tissue are cut through including skin, fascia, muscle, and uterus. That one horizontal scar can affect your entire fascial system, altering movement patterns, posture, breathing and even triggering seemingly unrelated symptoms like neck tension, shallow breathing, or low back pain.

Why Does a C-Section Affect So Much?

Because of fascia your body’s connective tissue web that links muscles, bones, nerves, and organs together. It's like a full-body bodysuit. When you scar one part of it, the whole system compensates. One of the most affected systems is the Superficial Front Line (SFL); a fascial chain that runs from your toes, up the front of your body, and into your head.

Scar tissue can stick, bind, and pull on surrounding structures including nerves. We use hands-on manual therapy to gently release adhesions and restore natural glide through the layers of tissue.

3. Wake Up the Core

4. Realign the Pelvis
